Most public universities in Germany charge no tuition fees (only a semester contribution), which makes it one of the most affordable places to earn a recognised degree. DAAD funds Bangladeshi students through EPOS development-related master's courses and doctoral research grants, and DAAD Bangladesh runs information sessions in Dhaka. Many master's programmes are taught in English. You will need a blocked account to show living costs for your visa.
